Some very interesting ties this weekend.

AC Milan - Roma .. this has to be the big tie. Roma had a convincing win last weekend and will now need to follow it up with another result. However, the best I can see them doing is a draw.

Palermo - Parma .. 15th .v. 19th. Palermo have slipped after a bright start and Parma have just had an awful start. Both will be looking to get a promising result here, but the result could easily end up as a low scoring draw..

Fiorentina - Inter .. 6th .v. 5th - Inter have drawn 7 matches this season and Fiorentina 4. Fiorentina have improved their results lately, which has lifted them up to 6th - now can they keep the run going by beating Inter!? I think it's possible.

Lecce - Udinese .. can Lecce stay as best of the rest behind Juve and Milan!? It'll be tought against Udinese.

Tough, but not impossible. I see them beating Udinese. We're up for an interesting Italian weekend again.

Juventus doubled their goals conceded stat with that defeat..

Sunday 7th November

Bologna 2-2 Messina
Cagliari 0-0 Livorno
Fiorentina 1-1 Inter Milan
Lazio 1-1 Siena
Lecce 3-4 Udinese
Palermo 1-1 Parma

What a match between Lecce and Udinese! Lecce had the lead after 35 minutes, but were pegged back to 1-1 before half-time. They took a 2-1 lead just before the hour mark, before Udinese hit back with a goal in the 72nd minute and another in the 79th. Lecce made it 3-3 with a minute left, but Udinese found an injury-time winner to lift them into 4th!

As for the rest ..

Inter Milan, played 10, drawn 8. Not the type of form I'd expect from them at all.
Palermo and Parma were meant to draw, lol.
Bologna - Messina .. seems like it could have been exciting, but that's it.


AC Milan and Roma drawing 1-1 with 10-15 minures left.

Great win for Milan.. Whats happening to Inter, constant draws. They depend so much on Adriano.

Win? They just drew 1-1 with Roma, but at least that's a point gained on Juventus.
