No problems for Juve, easy win. Goals scored by Nedved and Trezeguet/

Lazio - Bologna: 2-1
All goals scored in the final 7 minutes.

Sampdoria - Milan: 0-3
No problems for AC, goals scored by Tomasson and Shevchenko (2).

Reggina - Ancona: 0-0

Perugia - Udinese: 3-3
All three goals for Udinese scored by striker Fava.

Parma - Modena: 3-0
No problems for Parma, goals scored by Morfeo, Adriano and Marchioni.

Inter - Roma: 0-0

Very poor match, especially by Collina. LOads of fouls and nearly no chances. Disallowed goal for Inter, penalty denied and they hit the crossbar. If one of the two deserved more than 1 point, it was Inter.

Not the best start for Zaccheroni as Inter coach.

And they're already down to #9. It doesn't happen that often that Collina has an off-day. Together with Merk (German) I find them the best referees in Europe.

I agree, seems to be a rare day Collina has a bad game.. That Milan v Juve game should be exciting..

Yes, but he's human so it can happen once in a while. Too bad though it's in such a big/important match.

Gameday 8 Preview:
Udinese - Lazio

Milan - Juventus
Without any doubt the match of the day. Both teams are currently tied for the leader spot with 19 points out of a possible 21. Milan has the better defence, 3 goals conceded compared to 7 for Juventus while Juventus has the better offense, 18 goals scored compared to 15 for AC. Milan has the home advantage though and that's always a difference maker in Italy. Juventus is also still missing Del Piero.

Brescia - Parma

Roma - Reggina

Modena - Perugia

Bologna - Sampdoria

Ancona - Siena

Lecce - Empoli

Chievo - Inter
