12 points ahead, but with 2 matches more played. I wouldn't say it's over yet. First see what Roma does against Modena tonight.

Yes. And the '1-2' was only scored in the 80th minute by Kaka. After that Siena was reduced to 10 ...

Yes, Roma's 12 points behind, but they still got two games to play and let's not forget about the match 'Milan - Roma', which most probably will decide the season for both teams ...

Gameday 30 Results:

Chievo - Reggina: 0-0
Parma - Juventus: 2-2
Empoli - Brescia: 1-1
Inter - Bologna: 4-2
Lazio - Ancona: 4-2
Sampdoria - Perugia: 3-2

Parma - Juventus: 2-2
A draw for Parma and Juventus. Parma led with 1-0 till the 78th minute, before Di Vaio could equalize. Only two minutes later Gillardino (Parma's top scorer) made it 2-1.

Two minutes into extra time, substitute Tudor was able to equalize once again: 2-2!

Inter - Bologna: 4-2
A very convincing and dominating Inter ... it has been a while!

Adriano was without any doubt the man of the match. He was simply everywhere. he dominated and decided the game eventhough he didn't score.

The Brazilian striker dribbled, created chanches for himself and his team mates, made good runs, saw several shots go wide and several others saved by Pagluica, challenged defenders in the air many times, ... a fantastic performance. He was nearly 90 minutes dangerous!

Inter took the lead in the 33th minute when Adriano dribbled past the entire Bologna defence by himself and passed the ball to Recoba: 1-0.

In the 52nd minute, defender Fabio Cannavaro made it 2-0 with a good header on a corner by Kily Gonzalez. Who earned the corner? Exactly, Adriano after a good run on the left.

Three minutes later it was 3-0 when Stankovic was left all alone in the penalty area. He received a pass from Oba Martins. Whose through ball gave Martins all the space he needed? Exactly, Adriano's.

In the 68th minute Bologna pulled on back: 3-1. A good angled shot by Bellucci which gave Toldo no chance.

Bologna's revival only lasted about two minutes when Martins made it 4-1 after a good dribble and a hard shot in the corner. Assist by? YES! Adriano ...

Bellucci eventually made it 4-2 with a volley, his second of the day.

Adriano had a part in all 4 goals.

Lazio - Ancona: 4-2
Lazio had it very difficult at home against Ancona. Now that the players of Ancona are officially sure of relegation, they've started to play a lot better than before with a win last week against Bologna and a good performance today.

They took the lead in the 11th minute with a goal by Bucchi. Their lead only lasted a minute (typical Ancona ) as defender Fernando Couto quickly equalized: 1-1.

Deep in the second half, 64th minute, Ancona scored a second time: Andersson to make it 1-2.

In the last fifteen minutes, Lazio took over though: Fiore, Fernando Couto and Zauri put the final score on 4-2! But it didn't go that easily for Lazio, nevertheless a deserved win.

Overall a bad weekend for Parma who lost their 4th spot to Inter.
Inter now has 52 points, Parma 51 points and Lazio 50 points.
Lazio plays against city rival Roma this Wednesday and next weekend we get 'Inter - Lazio'

Gameday 30 Tonight's match:

Modena - Roma

It seemed someone had a good weekend. What are other clubs he played for before he came to Milan?

Although it's already the 30th gameday, the season isn't over by a long shot. In fact, it's just getting started.

He started his career with Flamengo. He had a remarkable debute as he scored in his first match after only 5 minutes. He always gave three assists in that same match!

Then he left for Inter and played a few matches in his first season. For the second half of the season he played for Fiorentina on a loan base.

The next season Inter and Parma agreed that Adriano would play two seasons for Parma and the two clubs would divide Adriano's wage.

In his first season with Parma he really broke through with 15 goals.

This season was supposed to be his second and last season with Parma, before returning again to Inter.
He started out great again and he scored 8 goals in 9 matches. Then a knee injury slowed him down.
During his recovery, Parma got into their famous financial breakdown and they agreed with Inter to end the loan contract.

Adriano made his return from his knee injury and he's turning into a great first team striker for Inter.

Great story. But what's going on with Vieri? Injuried or just not good enough anymore?

As Vanessa Williams sang once (I know, totally not your music taste ), we've saved the best for last.
