WOULD go fair, giant oil companies lose about half of their profit to government and export taxes. President Poetin can't really act against them although everyone (Poetin included) know that these oil barons are terrorists. And why can't Poetin act? Cause he damn sure knows that his already poor country
NEEDS the oil export for their economy! And another reason of course is the fact that Poetin himself is a terrorist, so why fight your own kind?
