Inter lost a player after only 17 minutes. Undinese missed a penalty in the second half and Inter even hit the post later on.

A balanced game overall, which most likely would have been a win for Inter if they could have stayed with eleven on the pitch.

You can't really lose a player due to injury in the 17th minute If a player gets injured, you substitute him. You lose that player, but you're not left with a man less. In other words: red card for Luciano.
