Juventus general director Luciano Moggi on Wednesday quashed talk that coach Marcello Lippi will be shown the door at the end of the season.

Media reports have suggested Juve were considering a change of coach following the club's Champions League exit at the hands of Deportivo La Coruna on Tuesday, but Moggi has insisted Lippi will remain in charge.
"He has a contract and will be with us next year, there's no question about that," Moggi said.

Moggi added Lippi deserved a pat on the back for the way he has coped with a string of injuries to key players this season. "I can only say to him 'well done' for the way he has dealt with this crisis," he said.

"This Juventus team has performed miracles given all these injury problems - I've never known a situation quite like it."

Lippi's contract with Juventus ends in the summer of 2005.

I hope Juventus wins and Roma wins. It would close the gap between Roma and Milan to two points and would bring in a lot more excitement once again in the title chase. With a win, Juventus would only be three points behind of Milan anymore

Gameday 24 Results:

Parma - Brescia: 2-2
Lazio - Udinese: 2-2
Reggina - Roma: 0-0
Perugia - Modena: 1-1
Inter - Chievo: 0-0
Siena - Ancona: 3-2

WOW!
Roma: draw.
Lazio: draw.
Parma: draw.
Inter: draw.

Juventus vs Milan ... draw?
That would surely be the best scenario for the four teams above which drawed ... if either Juventus or Milan wins though, that team will be the big winner of the weekend's gameday!

surprised to see me in the serie A thread?

anyway u know i support Juventus, and always want them to win, but why i am here now, is cause i want to get a better knowledge of Serie A, cause i have this Italian guy in my church, and he is crazy 'bout football, and i want to have stuff to say to him, intelligent - current news - etc ..
