Slips ups are so costly in Scottish Football. It will be hinging on the last Old Firm game for me.

Barry Ferguson has blamed himself for Rangers slipping up as he was sent off in the previous match and wasnt playing.

Saturday 16th April
Celtic - Aberdeen --> Interesting match
Dundee United - Hearts
Hibernian - Livingston
Inverness - Dundee
Motherwell - Kilmarnock

Sunday 17th April
Dunfermline - Rangers

The Glasgow Rangers have it easier this weekend than opponent Celtic. Could the top be switched again after this weekend?

Falkirk will be playing in the SPL next season. I don't see them being a threat to either Celtic or Rangers though.

Saturday 16th April
Celtic 3-2 Aberdeen
Dundee United 2-1 Hearts
Hibernian 0-3 Livingston
Inverness 3-2 Dundee
Motherwell 1-1 Kilmarnock

Celtic and Aberdeen was certainly interesting. Aberdeen were 2-0 up after 15 minutes, although Celtic had brought that back to 2-1 by half-time. Hartson drew the top side level 5 minutes into the second half and Craig Bellamy scored his first goal at Celtic Park with a stunning volley froma corner! Celtic have a 5 point lead - Rangers must win tommorow.

This weekend the SPL splits into 2 halves:

1. Celtic. 83.
2. Rangers. 78.
3. Hibernian. 56.
4. Aberdeen. 52.
5. Hearts. 48.
6. Motherwell. 43.
-----------------------------------
7. Inverness. 42.
8. Kilmarnock. 36.
9. Dundee. 31.
10. Dundee Utd. 28.
11. Dunfermline. 27.
12. Livingston. 27.

Inverness were very close to making it into the top half of the table. At one point they were leading 3-0 with Motherwell losing 1-0. Another goal then would have put Inverness 6th, but it wasn't to be for them.. Dundee, Dundee Utd, Dunfermline and Livingston will fight it out to survive this season.
