WoW, even that seems pretty impressive for Celtic.

Their form this season is consistant with what would most likely happen if you dumped a team like Chelsea or Manchester United into the second division and asked them to play there for a season. Not even Rangers can match up to Celtic this season. The only excitement in the SPL revolves around who will stay up and who will go down.

I dont even think there is any excitement in the SPL, Rangers have fallen right back and are doing very badly, they took off Arteta and he is one of their most creative players.

It sure is, same situation like over here in Belgium, huge lead for the leader. At least over here there's still a huge battle for the second place while in Scotland, Celtic secured the #1 spot and Rangers did the same for the #2 spot.

Yeah I agree, but its like the teams in 3rd etc dont stand a hope. I am sure there is a higher standard of football in the Belgian league.

Well over here there are surely more than 2 teams competing for the top two seedings, that's for sure

Club Brugge, Anderlecht, Standard, Genk and to a less extent: Moeskroen.

Perhaps you should pay the Belgian league thread a visit once in a while. We could use an extra poster over there

Actually it's even worse in Scotland.

1. Celtic. 76.
2. Rangers. 60.
3. Hearts. 47.
4. Dunfermline 38.
5. Motherwell. 36.

1st place is decided, 2nd place is decided, 3rd place is pretty much decided. 6th-11th are seperated by 4 points! .. so it's a good thing that two teams go down otherwise it would be totally boring. Partick Thistle are 14 points adrift at the bottom.
