 Rooney nets '£1.5m wedding deal' | |
Football ace Wayne Rooney and his girlfriend Coleen McLoughlin have reportedly netted a £1.5 million deal with a magazine to publish photos of their wedding, which sources close to the pair claim is likely to take place next summer.
According to reports, the exclusive deal with Hello! magazine will include access to McLoughlin's 21st birthday bash, which is rumoured to be taking place in The Wirral in two weeks time.
It is claimed that Rooney and McLoughlin decided to sign the photo deal after being impressed with security arrangements at Liz Hurley's recent wedding, which was also covered by Hello!
"They know how much they can earn as a brand. Theyre cashing in," an unnamed 'friend' of the couple told the Sun newspaper.
However, Rooney's agent Ian Monk refused to confirm the rumours, stating: "No date has been set for the wedding and it certainly would not be before summer 2008." |
