REALLY BAD news!!! | | have any of u been wondering where Kane was the last week or two??
well...i have the answer, and i'm afraid it's not good news.
unfortunately, Kane has torn his bicep in training, much like Kevin Nash. but it doesn't seem to be a minor tear like Nash, because Kane's recovery time is estimated at an astonishing 4 MONTHS!!!
this is such a shame, he was just getting his push as well, it looks like Bradshaw will take his place as the main push, so expect his and Scott Hall's match to be a doosie at Backlash.
there are also a few other injuries on the WWF books, here's the list from the Ross report: Kane tore his right biceps while training last Sunday, had surgery to repair a major tear and will, unfortunately, be out of action about four months.
Lita has a sprained neck, suffered at the taping of the "Dark Angel" TV series, and she is wearing a neck brace. She will miss physicality for a few weeks. (She is still showering after her encounter with Paul Heyman on RAW.)
Scotty 2 Hotty's neck problems are reoccurring. He's seeing Dr. Lloyd Youngblood in San Antonio this week for a thorough examination. He's facing some challenging times. Surgery is likely.
Diamond Dallas Page was recently diagnosed with serious back problems that may curtail or shorten his career. He's getting a second opinion ASAP for bone spurs on his spine.
Kevin Nash's rehab is going well, and he's on target to be back in about two months.
Chris Benoit is feeling great and is closer to being able to return, apparently to SmackDown! He should be back in June as best we can forecast.
Rob Van Dam is working through a very sore knee. He's day-to-day.
Test is getting treatment for a back injury that, seemingly, is becoming chronic. His condition is being evaluated daily.
OVW prospect John Heidenreich separated his shoulder and had surgery to repair it. He will be out three to four months.
All other injured talents previously discussed here are progressing on target with no apparent complications.
also, Kim Neilson and Dawn Marie are now both in the WWF, but J.R. says they are not quite at the top level yet, they need to get in better shape, so dont expect them too soon.
also, i was thinkin, Rey Mysterio apparently signed for WWF around the same time as Eddie, so i think we could see Rey interfere in the cruiserweight match tonight. |
