RAW Results July 28th:
We start with a video recap of last week's Raw, when Linda gave Stone Cold a week to decide whether to stay on as Co-GM after being told he can't assault any talent unless physically provoked. The video then turns to the end of Raw when Kane took out his anger on RVD, Jerry Lawler, and of course the Tombstone to Linda McMahon. The Raw music video plays, the pyros explode, and we are LIVE form Colorado Springs, California! Tonight, we'll get Stone Cold's decision, Chris Jericho's Highlight Reel with HBK and Randy Orton, and we will find out what the Raw Main Event of SummerSlam will be, but first...
"No Chances" hits, and WWE Chairman Vince McMahon comes out on stage. He is here tonight for one reason and one reason only: to avenge his wife. Not only did Kane attempt to chokeslam her, he drove her head into the steel stage.
Vince is here to confront Kane not because he's a good husband, because we all know he's not; he is here because he is the man, and Kane is an animal. Vince has summoned the authorities to bring Kane to the arena to meet him in the middle of the ring. And Vince guarantees one thing: before this night is over, all hell will break loose.
Booker T & Scott Steiner vs. Christian & Test
As Vince leaves, Booker T comes out, soon joined by his partner Scott Steiner, accompagnied by Stacy.

Booker knocks Christian off the apron, but this allows Test to clothesline him and stomp away. Tag to Christian. Christian beats on Booker in the corner, then a backbreaker. Instead of pinning, Christian goes for the blatant choke. Tag to Test, who quickly is hit with a reverse thrust kick by Booker 1-2-shoulder up. Tag to Steiner. Steiner immediately grabs his wrist in pain.
Christian and test continue working on Steiner on the outside and then roll him back into the ring. Test applies a sleeper on Steiner.

Steiner tosses Test from the ring while Booker nails Christian with the scissor's kick 1-2-3!
We go to video of the SummerSlam press conference last week in Los Angeles, where it was announced that the Raw Main Event at SummerSlam will feature Triple H defending the World Heavyweight Title against Bill Goldberg.
Goldberg vs. Steven Richards
The drums beat and Goldberg makes the long walk to the ring. Already in the ring is Steven Richards, who tries to beat down on Goldberg right away. Goldberg quickly knocks him away, then presses him up and drops him into a front slam.
Goldberg readies himself and Spears Richards, then gives him the Jackhammer 1-2-3!
As Goldberg celebrates, the World Champion's music hits, and Triple H comes out on stage, along with the other members of Evolution. Trips claps for Goldberg, saying that this was an impressive wins against Stevie Richards, who is one hell of a competitor. But Richards isn't the World Champion, is he? Triple H is, and Goldberg has no idea what he's getting into. Goldberg takes a mic and says that he's standing in the ring already, so why wait until SummerSlam, if Triple H is such a badass? Trips says that as Champ, he calls the shots; he fights when he wants to fight, whether anyone likes it or not. Triple H knows Goldberg's reputation, and he's banking on that rep, because it will make Triple H a lot of money when he wins at SummerSlam. If you think Triple H is going to going to go and beat him down right now and destroy that reputation and ruin his paycheck, you're crazy. After an odd tirade from Ric Flair, Goldberg calls on Flair to take Triple H's spot in their little brawl tonight. Bischoff runs out and says that until Stone Cold comes back, this is still his show. There is no way he's giving away Goldberg vs. Ric Flair without the proper advertising. So next week on Raw, it will be Goldberg vs. Flair live.

In the back, Bischoff speaks with an officer about Kane's arrival. The van that Kane is in, backs into the arena. One of the officers goes to open the door, but Bischoff says that Kane is to stay within the van until Bischoff gets word from Vince to let him out.
Chris Jericho's Highlight Reel
Jericho comes out for the Highlight Reel, saying that it's appropriate that they are in Colorade, because he has been on a Rocky Mountain High ever since beating Shawn Michaels last week. The Jeritron 5000 plays clips from the match, including Randy Orton's interference and Shawn Michaels' tap out. His first guest is a star on the rise and a diamond in the rough, Randy Orton. Orton comes out and presents Jericho with the new Evolution shirt. Jericho offers to give him one of the Highlight Reel shirts, but they're all sold out.
Jericho asks why Orton came down and gave Michaels the RKO, even though Jericho didn't need any help at all, since he had Michaels beaten already. Orton says that at Bad Blood, he screwed the legendary Shawn Michaels, then destroyed the Hardcore Legend Mick Foley. So in order to make a name for himself as a Legend Killer, he came down and gave Michaels the RKO, because Michaels is the next Legend to kill. With that, Jericho introduces his second guest, Shawn Michaels. Michaels says that Jericho may have evened the score last week, but everyone knows he couldn't and will never be able to do it alone. Which brings him to Orton, the man who is supposed to kill the legend of HBK. If Michaels only had a nickle for every kid who came in here and said that, he'd be a millionaire; oh wait, he is a millionaire, and it's because of kids like Orton. Michaels says he's going to kill the career of Orton, but Jericho steps in, saying that they're not done. Michaels agrees, saying that Jericho/Michaels III can take place right here, right now.
Jericho says that he got the job done last week, and Michaels doesn't deserve a rematch. He'll fight anyone, as long as they're not named Shawn Michaels, even the fat guy in the crowd. But his business with Michaels is done. Orton steps up and says that if Michaels is looking for a fight, he'll do it. With that, Michaels attacks Orton, as well as Jericho, but quickly finds himself on the wrong side of a two-on-one beatdown. Kevin Nash runs down and pulls Jericho from the ring. He steps in Orton quickly leaps out of the ring, running out through the crowd. Nash grabs a mic and says that if Jericho will fight anyone not named Shawn Michaels, why don't they get it on tonight? Better yet, why not do it right now?

Jericho goes outside and gets a chair, only to have it Big Booted back into his face. Nash attacks with mounted punches. He picks up Jericho and drops him onto the exposed turnbuckle, busting Jericho open.
He picks up Jericho and again drops him on the metal knob. Nash picks up Jericho and tosses him out of the ring, then smashes him into the barrier. He takes the padding off part of the barrier, then whips Jericho into the stairs. For good measure, Nash picks up Jericho and drops him onto the unprotected barrier. Nash picks up the stairs, but Jericho is able to escape through the crowd before any more damage can be done.
In the back, Rosey has some apprehensions about becoming a Super Hero In Training (SHIT), especially because of the acronym. Rosey asks if he gets a mask or cape. Hurricane says he can have half a mask and a towel.
Rosey wants superpowers, but Helms tells him to just trust in The Hurricane. With that, Helms flies away. Rosey tries to accomplish the same measure, but can't.
In the back, the cops open the doors to the van to give Kane some air, but Bischoff shuts the doors. Until McMahon gives the word, the doors are not to be opened for any reason.

Kane segment
Vince makes his way down to the ring, and he demands that Kane be brought out. Vince tells the officers to unshackle Kane and leave, which they do, despite all the security measures taken just to get him in the arena. Vince calls Kane into the ring and demands to know who the hell Kane thinks he is, piledriving his wife into the stage, laying his hands on a McMahon without his permission.
He's just some fried freak, some Frankenstein. Vince then comes to some kind of epiphany that Kane is a remorseless monster. Vince could have this monster in his hands, McMahon & Kane. The glass breaks and Stone Cold comes out to the ring. Stone Cold first says that he is staying on as Co-GM of Raw, which according to Linda, means he can't beat the crap out of people whenever he wants. That sucks, but unless Stone Cold is physically provoked, he just can't do it. That said, Austin is waiting to be provoked. Austin stands in front of Kane, begging for him to attack. He chastises Kane, daring him to attack, but Kane swallows his anger and refrains. Austin tells Kane to take his best shot, but Kane backs up and shakes his head.
Here comes the money... Shane'O Mac comes out on stage.
He walks to the ring, then sprints towards Kane, leaping on him and knocking him out of the ring.
Vince yells at Shane, so Shane punches him out. Shane grabs a chair and runs after Kane, nailing him in the back on the ramp. Kane stumbles up onto the stage, where Shane runs and swings, nailing Kane in the face, knocking him off the stage onto some tables and stuff.
Shane stares down as Kane eventually sits up, laughing at what has just occured.
