Friday 30th September
Belenses 0-2 Amadora

There's the first surprise of this weekend.

Koeman's Benfica is still ranked 10th, but hopefully the match against Guimaraes this Monday will be a positive one.

FC Porto, Sporting Lisbon, Sporting Braga and Nacional are all close.

Friday 14th October
Rio Ave 1-2 Sporting Braga

Sporting Braga's goalkeeper saw a ball behind him for the first time these season, after 7 matches!

Tonight's the big clash between Porto & Benfica. I predict FC Porto to take the 3 points. Go Co.

Considering 1 point seperated them in the table, not really. I expected a home win or draw based on position and form.

It's not always the form and the ranking from which you can tell if a team will win or not. I expexted Rio Ave to win, 'cause of the fact they lost against Braga a week earlier. Two consecutive defeats ... nope, no can do. And I was right.

I know it's a pathetic way of predicting, don't worry, I don't do it this way all the time, but it does got me far in the Portugese PL.
