yeah, a 4-3 win is a RAPING. i guess you have to take what you can get in toronto...

biggest hockey city in the world, and you haven't even been to the final since 1967... i have no respect for a team that loses to CAROLINA in the playoffs

leafs regular season opener tonight... this just in: no one cares!

montreal raped toronto tonight...lol.....god...they were awful

And now back to the games Toronto played against Vancouver last year

Season Series Toronto -Vancouver 3-0-0-0
Tue Dec 31 Toronto at Vancouver Canucks Toronto Wins 5-3
Sat March 8 Vancouver Canucks at Toronto Toronto Wins 4-3
Sat March 15Toronto at Vancouver Canucks Toronto Wins 1-0

Don't worry, I'll admit you guys have a better future than the Leafs right now

And loosing to Carolina was an embarrassment I must admit but they were really Hot during there playoff run and not to mention the Leafs were plaged with injuries...I'm not sure if you remember but we lost our best player Mats Sundin and we didn't have one of our good defenseman, Dimitri Yuskievich, during the Carolina series. If we had them I bet we would have reached the finals against Detroit. We took the Canes to Game 6 and lost in Overtime. Let's see if Vancouver goes anywhere if Naslund goes out during the playoffs...I know one place they'll be going for sure....Golfing!!!

And I wouldn't be talking about winning Stanley Cups man. Has Vancouver won any? What have they accomplished besides the 1994 run to the finals??

It's funny how people pick on the Leafs about not winning a cup since 1967 when the Chicago Blackhawks have a longer drought than us. Detroit had some big drought going on to until they finally won the cup in 1995 or 1996 i think (correct me if im wrong).

Anyways, my early predictions for the stanley cup winners is either Detroit or Colorado.

talking aboot injuries is loser talk... do you see me here talking aboot how cloutier was rushed back in march, and went into the playoffs with a bum knee? do you see me using that as an excuse? do you see me whining aboot how half our team caught the same flu that plagued the st.louis blues in our series before that? do you see me using that as an excuse for our 3-1 blown lead? no... injuries happen, and real teams and real players fight through it... in 2002 stevie y, was the most injured player on the ice in the playoffs, and he still managed to dismantle my canucks squad.. it was the most impressive playoff performance ive ever witnessed.. did he ever once try to use his busted up [insert body part here] as an excuse? no.

and thats why steve yzerman isn't a toronto make-be-leaf.

fat quinn is an idiot. he drove my beloved canucks to the bottom of the western conference, and he's done shit all for your team... as long as that man is in that organization you will never win the stanley cup... you had a future... brad boyes is going to rip shit up in a couple of years, but now you have owen 'broken-back' nolan... and what has he done for you?

give up on the leafs, your team is stagnant... be a fan for a real team... there's plenty of room on the canucks bandwagon... we're the most exciting team in the nhl, we're second in scoring only to detroit, and we have the nhl's best scorers...

haha, dont even compare the canucks to the maple laughs... we've been to the finals TWICE since our franchaise started in 1970... how many times have the leafs, since 1970? and dont even waste my time comparing the leafs pre-70, when the canucks didn't even exist...
