With all the talks of an iminite(sp?) work stoppage.. do you think that they'll actually play out the season and have a post season or do you think the seasons gonna end up as a wash?

i think they will finish the season. If they go on strike you can kiss baseball bye bye because fans wont come back. plus they arent americans past time anymore the NFL is.

I don't think they're stupid enough to cancel the postseason or the World Series this year. They fucked themselves the last time they did it, back in '94. They're lucky that McGwire and Sosa played in '98. They saved the game. I don't think they'll jeapordize the game again by cancelling the World Series. If they did that, they'd probably end up in a hole they can't escape from.

I think both sides will reach a temporary agreement so they can continue with the season and when it's over, resume talks on the rest of the agreement that needs to be done.
