In the German thread I have just written some typical German things and what can we say about Belgium. They have the
menneke pis and
frites/patat. I’m now imagining the looks on your faces.
Club Brugge and Anderlecht are the teams which will decide who gets the title 2005/2006, it’s as simple as that. Unfortunately. Club brought Vermant (Schalke) back to Brugge as substitute for Timmy Simons and Anderlecht took over Bart Goor.
It’s not only the domestic league, in Europe things also don’t go very well. But maybe there's a better time ahead, 'cause Anderlecht and Club Brugge have chance to reach the CL. Genk, Standard and Charleroi will battle for a possible UEFA Cup ticket, but that’s still far away. Luckily.
Zulte-Waregem and Roeselare
...
Those aren’t weird Dutch/Belgian words. Zulte-Waregem and Roeselare are the two promoted teams this year and they’re just as unknown for me as they probably are to you.

Starting this season, only 1 team will automatically relegate.
