It would only create interesting startiung line-ups if a lot of people spun out on their lap, apart from that it would be pretty much normal.

thats true, the other teams just cant keep up with that and its understandable...the can spend a lot more on teh engine and the whole car which is for sure one of the reasons why their cars are better

Replace their engines with engines from a lawnmower then!

Changing the qualifying regulations isn't really going to affect the grid.
