For once, it was silly to go with Alonso! The Ferrari's were a second faster than anyone else in practice today and they've carried that form over into Quali. Looks like a Ferrari show tommorow.

Qualifiying Result
1. M.Schumacher
2. F.Massa
3. G.Fisichella
4. R.Barrichello
5. F.Alonso
6. J.Villeneuve
7. J.Button
8. R.Schumacher
9. K.Raikkonen
10. N.Heidfeld
11. J.P.Montoya
12. M.Webber
13. S.Speed
14. C.Albers
15. T.Monteiro
16. C.Klien
17. D.Coulthard
18. T.Sato
19. N.Rosberg
20. J.Trulli
21. V.Liuzzi
22. F.Montagny

A very, very interesting grid. I expect the US GP will be a blip in general form.

Prediction League
Pole: M.Schumacher

Points Gained -

Gert-Jan - 0
Neil - 3
Lizzy - 0

Total Points After Quali
1. Neil. 220.
2. Gert-Jan. 206.
3. Lizzy. 179.

It'll be interesting to see Alonso actually not getting on the podium tomorrow. It's beginning to become boring watching the races when you know who will end up winning.

With that said..

Go Schumi!

I have to agree with you to some extent, but I still don't want to see Schumacher winning more races.

Go Kimi!!

Ferrari collision at turn 1, with Alonso retiring later on.

Rosberg is being demoted to the back of the grid for missing a weight check. 19th to 22nd.

Well said, I have to say I agree with you. Alonso seems to have it easy these days! I rarely bother checking the race results anymore. Go Schumi

Now if only more races were like this. It shows that Alonso isn't teh shit when it comes to F1 racing.

Indianapolis = Michael Schumacher

Yesterday he won that GP for the 5th time and no other racer in F1/Nascar/Indy 500 has won the Indianapolis race that often!

Fantastic race by Jarno Trulli. It shows that when you start at the 22nd position, anything's still possible.
