I was considering calling this thread the 'Coca-Cola Football League', but seeing as they've ruined the league names, nope! hehe.
Anyway, the start of the new English Football League season is just 12 days away! I'm pretty excited already. The race to see who will reach the Premiership next season is always one of the most exciting each season and I'd bet this season will be no different.

I'm going to call the 3 leagues Division 1, Division 2 and Division 3; as I think the participants of this thread agree that the new names are silly. ( don't fix what's not broken I say )

I want the following teams to get promoted:

Championship : Ipswich, Wolves and Leicester City
League 1 : MK Dons, Hull or Huddersfield
League 2: Chester

Hmmmm, I find it too hard to pick just three teams I want to be promoted from Division 1. Any out of: Ipswich, Leeds, West Ham, Nottingham Forest, Leicester, QPR, Reading and Wigan.

I cant see Forest going up though. I hope Leeds really struggle and head down to Division 2.

First of all Jeremy, Can you please not call me things like that.

As for Leeds, I dont like how they got given so many chances while in the Premiership just cos of who they are. I would like to see them struggle and get what they deserve.

anyway. I'm sure to see the first leeds game. Will they totally out run the 1st division.. ( football league ).. or will they get the wimbeldon curse .. intresting I think

I think Leeds will be a promotion chasing side, but not one that will be a dominant force. To see them fighting amongst the clubs at the bottom to avoid relegation would be interesting, but not something I wish upon them.
