Well, there isn't a thread discussing the FA Cup already..
The Quarter-Final Draw was made earlier today, with only Premiership teams remaining:
Charlton Athletic .v. Middlesbrough
Aston Villa/Manchester City .v. Bolton Wanderers/West Ham Utd
Chelsea .v. Newcastle United
Birmingham City .v. Liverpool
Ties to be played week commencing March 20th
Over the weekend, Liverpool defeated Manchester United for the first time in the FA Cup for 85 years!

Its hard to believe, but true. As for the match itself, Liverpool were the better team and did deserve to win. United played a few gears below what they're capable of..
Chelsea beat Colchester United of D2 3-1, but at one stage they were 1-0 down!

Colchester were the better side in the first-half, but eventaully gave out to the quality of Chelsea when Crespo, Lampard and Joe Cole were brought on at half-time. It still took until the 80th minute for Chelsea to go 2-1 ahead through Joe Cole and the third only came in injury time on the counter attack. 3-1 was flattering to Chelsea.
Newcastle struggled to progess against Southampton, winning only 1-0. IMO, So'ton at least deserved a draw. Surprising for a team 18th in D1 and ubale to score many goals. Charlton crusied past Brentford 3-1 with two goals in the first-half effectively ending the tie as a contest - one in the first few minutes and one right before half-time.
The last remaining lower league teams were knocked out by Birmingham and Middlesbrough. Stoke went down 1-0 at home to a Forrsell goal while Middlesbrough came out as 2-0 winners at Preston.
Manchester City dominated the first-half against an Aston Villa team that seemed non-existant! A few good saves and some silly wasted chances kept Villa in the match. Baros gave them the lead after 72 minutes, but Manchester City equalised in the 4th minute of injury time to force a replay - the least they deserved.

Bolton and West Ham played out an average 0-0 draw.
