We're not even sure of all the teams that will be taking part in next years World Cup, but this hasn't prevented the pots for Euro 2008 Qualification being announced!

Pot 2
Germany, Croatia, Italy, Turkey, Poland, Spain, Romania

We're going to end up with some fantastic qualification groups!

With 8 teams in Pot 7, I think we'll end up with an 8-team group, which will feature 2 minnows .. and some points for at least one of those teams! (when they play each other of course.

)
Austria and Switzerland are automatic qualifiers.
The draw takes place on January 27th - which is one reason why I don't understand why they decided on the pots now. There are important matches between now and then, specifically the play-offs.
