Dreadful performance by Southampton, they badly missed Crouch, hope he doesnt make the Norwich game at the weekend.

We were pretty awful yesterday against Newcastle, but yet got the points. Championship form.. something which seemed to elude us for the previous 4 matches, otherwise the gap to Chelsea would be 5 points. After the 0-0 draw with Crystal Palace it seemed like our players lost hope.

I had no doubt that one of the Chelsea players would win that award - they have been outstanding this year and they're English!

I can see people at football board I visit moaning that Robben didn't pick up the young player award.. Even though he's been playing very well, he's had too many injuries to have playerd enough to deserve the awardf, compared with the other nominated players.

I dont think Rooney really deserved it but Imagine what Robben would have been like if he hadnt been injured all season? Will chelsea win the title tonight?

Was suprised Rooney won it, Dad is big Tottenham fan and wanted Defoe to win it, and to be fare, Defoe has scored quite a few more goals than Rooney in a much worse side.
