It's not silly considering that two of the promoted teams from the season before last, went straight back down. It doesn't happen all the time though, teams like Bolton, Birmingham, Charlton and Fulham have all established themselves as good Premiership sides. However, most did it after gaining promotion several times. Norwich and Crystal Palace would be my favourites to go down as neither club has had Premiership football for quite a while now. West Brom have that experience from 2 years ago and could just survive.

Nope. They haven't even updated from last season. According to the official site, Barthez is still at the club..
I expect we'll see what number Smith is when he plays in the Community Shield later today.

I would think that if the sites I checked didn't have the squad numbers, then nowhere on the net that I could find easily will have them. I saw some of the highlights from the Community Shield earlier .. but totally forgot to check what Smith's shirt number was! D'oh. Maybe one of the football sites I checked will have his shirt number included now.

Edit

I have found something on the squad numbers. This is what United will use for their CL 3rd Qualifying Round matches:

1. Howard
2. Neville, G
3. Neville, P
4. Heinze
6. Brown
7. Ronaldo
9. Louis Saha
10. Van Nistelrooy
11. Ryan Giggs
12. Bellion
13. Carroll
14. Smith
15. Kleberson
16. Keane
17. Miller
18. Scholes
19. Djemba Djemba
21. Forlan
22. O'Shea
23. Richardson
24. Fletcher
25. Fortune
26. Bardsley
27. Silvestre
29. Spector
30. Steele
31. Jones, D
32. Djordjic
33. Eagles
34. McShane
35. Ricardo
38. Heaton
39. Tierney

You know those fantasy league things right? I was just wondering if theres any people who would like to play it? Maybe we could create a league if theres any interest.

Rules are quite simple: Every person has 100 million £, you have to buy 15 players (2 goalies, 5 defenders, 5 midfielders and 3 forwards). 11 of them of course will play every gameweek, and rest 4 are substitutes. If Owen scores and he's in your team you get points, if Smith gets a card your team will lose points if he's in your team and so on.. You can sell and buy 1 player every gameweek without losing any points, if 2 you'll lose 4 points..

Here are all the rules: http://fantasy.premierleague.com/rules.html and here is the help section: http://fantasy.premierleague.com/help.html.

I've been playing this in 2 previous seasons and liked it a lot. It's of course free, and theres no unwanted emails or anything.

So if some person/people is/are interested, great. If not that's fine. And season starts next Saturday like you all know so the league and teams should be ready before that.

Think about it. I'd really like to kick some foreign a*ses too . If theres anything you'd like to know just ask.
