I think that the bottom two will fall down.. 3rd down may be luck and make it... but its really to soon to tell.

Norwich and West Brom will fight all the way, but they don't have the quality needed to stay up. Palace have more determination, a proven goalscorer and maybe just about a little bit of the right quality.. they can do it. Southampton are capable of finishing in midtable now, but no one is too good to go down from this league.

Abysmal Match with a sickening ending. Someone should give El Hadj Diouf a damn good slap.

Blackburn Rovers 0-1 Bolton Wanderers
What an abysmal game... I don't remember many good goalmouth opportunities, which says a lot. Bolton's winner was scored as the result of a penalty. Friedel saved the penalty from Diouf, but the rebound was knocked in. The penalty was controversial too.. but that was evened out when the referee failed to give a definite penalty a little while later.

Blackburn aren't too safe from the drop zone after this weekend. Bolton still have a chance of European football - this was their 3rd win in a row.

A good piece of news:

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is to start running next month. Solskjaer is due to meet his surgeon again in a few weeks, when he hopes he will be given the all-clear to step up his fitness bid and begin running again.

"I am going to see the surgeon in February," said the 31-year-old. "I am just waiting for them to say 'you can start running now'. I have been training a little bit harder recently but I am still not running.

"I am just doing everything the medical staff tell me to do because I don't want to rush things. I am relying on the experience of the surgeons.

"It's frustrating because I want to play football and I am losing the best years of my career, but nothing good comes from having a negative attitude.

"I am doing work on the bike and also walking and swimming. All I can do at the moment is set myself a daily target and try to achieve it."

Manchester City have confirmed that they've reached a deal with Fenerbahce to sell striker Nicolas Anelka. The former Arsenal and Real Madrid star is heading to Istanbul to hold talks after a reported £7m fee was agreed.

A City spokesman said: "Manchester City and Fenerbahce have agreed a fee for the transfer of Nicolas Anelka. "The club will make no further comment until the transfer is complete."

How many clubs does he need to go to??
