yep, that's right, 4 - 0. The goalscorers were Owen, Murphy, Vassell and Fowler. we played really well, although Murphy's, Vassell's and Fowler's goals all had elements of luck in them.
Joe Cole is a fantastic player, his skills are first class. and on the whole we looked great as a team, and showed no signs of missing Beckham.

I watched the highlights and Owens goal was quality, but the other goals did have an element of luck in them.

Advice to South Africa...... When you play Paraguay, just tell your strickers to aim at their defenders. The ball usually deflects off them and into the net.

Also when I was watching the highlights the commentator insulted South Africa by saying that Paraguay's first game against South Africa would be easily winnable. I'd like to see South Africa prove him wrong.

South Africa has been on a massive downhill for the past couple of years, but the main thing is that we are at the world Cup and once you are there, anything can happen.

The only way south africa can go now is up, so I hope that their fortunes can start changing now.
