While it does suck, I think this made a choice for the WWE that they were having a hard time making.

After Edge was attacked @ the PPV by an unknown person I think that the odds are the unknown attacker will turn out to be Ryhno. The WWE was having a hard time figuring out how to bring him back, and there was even news going around the internet that he might have taken Edge's place last night at the PPV, which turned out to be a handicap tag team match instead.

I would love to see him back, the only thing that sucks is I thought he would come back as a heel!

I don't know what they plan on doing with edge. One year is ALOT of time to miss, so it should be intresting to see if they just drop his charecter for now, or if continues over the next few weeks.

It's horrible news ... everytime someone returns from a significant injury, another one gets injured for a long time ...

I agree, Edge was on his way up to which really sucks!

There are some positives to it though, even for him. When he comes back I'm sure he'll get a huge push and he'll feel great and be in better shape.

Plus it opens up an idea for Rhyno's return as i said before.

Yes, but still sad we lost Edge for a full year ...

We'll have to focus on the good part of injuries, the comebacks (by Rhyno and soon by Nash)
