Cuba and tel aviv will probably join Madrid and New your that have already announced about their proposal! what do u think about it?

Well, I doubt the Olympics will go to Cuba for obvious reasons. The US just hosted an Olympics last year, 1996 and many other times. Spain hosted the 1992 Olympics when they were held in Barcelona. So, that would leave Tel Aviv. Israel, to my knowledge, has not hosted the Olympics yet.

Tel Aviv has a good chance at getting them.

yeah I hope Tel Aviv will make a proposal eventually! we have a good chance and it will make a huge stop for Israel! I know they like taking cities which are not the best in sports and taking them forward! like they did with barcelona and with beijing! I say go tel aviv!

I agree with Mike's assessment. Tel Aviv look like they have a good chance of hosting the Olympics then but Cuba! .... No.

Yeah, Cuba would be wasting their time. But then again Beijing won over Toronto for the 2008 games and China has a terrible human rights record. So I don't know.

I think every city has it's pros and cons though.

I guess every city has! but I dunno! do u really think a country which is being ruled by a dictator will win? I dunno....
well personally I hope that Israel would win it!

I don't know. China is a communist country and managed to win for 2008. If Cuba does win I'm guessing the US will be boycotting them.

I've always had an image of China being a better country than Cuba, so I can see why China would get it. I don't see many reasons why Cuba should host the Olympics any time soon, but Israel's city's look like they could easily handle one of those events.
