Surprising indeed. And with the doubles she has already won the Australian Open 2 times!! And it's also the only Grand Slam double she won.....till now ofcourse. Who knows what she'll do this year.

She plays well in the doubles, but not too well in the singles. Could the pressure of playing too many matches be the problem ??

BTW - Have fun hunting those Hobbits.
Probably Agassi - he's looking in good form...

and oh I am! little buggers are a small target to hit though...

She hasn't even won a normal singles title!

Sadly you're right

Gustavo Kuerten and Carlos Moya (both qualified players) are already out of the tournament. It gets quite easy this way for Agassi and Hewitt.

Kim Clijsters prooved she is playing awesome at the moment,
6-0, 6-0

Yeah Clijsters won in about half an hour... Hewitt did pretty well himself and looked in good form, beating some crappy aussie in straight sets.

Interesting match in the 4th round for women singles:

Justine Henin - Lindsay Davenport

Yeah, I reckon Agassi has a good chance.

I haven't been keeping up to date over the last few days .... too much coursework .... I'm glad too see the Belgian girls make it through, I can see Henin beating Davenport in the 4th round.

Daniela Hantuchova has a third round tie against Samantha Stosur of Austria (or Australia) today .... hopefully she can win.

Good Luck Andre Agassi, my all time favourite. I hope Serena makes it thru to the final and win it. Great to see my two faves win it.
