I have no idea how to make them...I want an animated one too. *lol* Not to be picky or anything. I already have the pics I want to use, so if someone would want to help me out, I'd really appreciate it!

i changed my mind about the animation thing. I just want this pic, blurred around the edges or something...kinda "foggy" ya know? And my username on it somewhere preferrable in a dark blue writing. any font is cool with me.
