I just made this Llyod Banks theme..I know it's not that good but whatevuh,

. I spelled fire "fia" becuz it just looks cool, lol. What you guys think?

Interesting. When I checked the file type, I noticed that it was a very large file. When I tried to SAVE it, it wanted to save as a PNG, which leads me to believe that you are trying to get around the rules, which is something I HUGELY don't appreciate.

I cleared out your signature for you. I dislike VERY much to be lied to. We don't play games here. You play by the rules, or you pay the consequences. Your consequence is a restriction on your editing ability, meaning you cannot edit your avatar or signature. As for the length of time, I'm going to consult my co-admin, as this is not something we have had to deal with before, and I will get back to you in this thread.

OK I'm sorry, lol. I wasn't "lying" to you, I missunderstood the rules. If you want to act like you know everything about the situation and that I "TRIED TO GET AROUND THE RULES" or whatever, then good for you. It was a mistake so why are you acting like I did something SO horrible? And 6 weeks? WOW..okay..

Okay, lets see. You made the theme, right? So, to our knowledge you made the blend. You saved it in PNG format, and then renamed the file name to '.jpg'. That way, it appears to be a JPG image, but in reality it's still a PNG, with a HUGE filesize.

The Signature limitations thread says:

That means that we're asking you not to use images in PNG format, because they are very big in filesize. What can you possibly misunderstand from that?

You got 6 weeks because:

1. It is 2 weeks for the violation.

2. I remember you participating in that thread that BritneyFeva had made, which was about her using a PNG file in her signature that we removed, and she got pissed over. Hence we know that you KNOW the rules, but you STILL use PNG, which stands for another 2 weeks.

3. And finally, you changed the filename to appear as if the image is a JPEG, but the filesize is STILL too big, which is what this is all about. Also perfectly explained in BritneyFeva's thread which you participated in. Another 2 weeks.

I believe Wdnesday got a little aggravated because she assumed that you are not a complete moron, and that you have the ability to think for yourself. Hence, things pointed into the direction that you did this deliberately for some reason.

I'm still pondering over how you can possibly misunderstand the words "don't use PNG", words that are written in black and white, using perfectly clear English.

When you are able to make blends, surely you know how the program works. When you save your blend to your harddisk, you get to choose in which format you wish to save it. JPEG and GIF are in that list, as well as PNG. You pick JPEG or GIF, press Save and it's as simple as that. You're not gonna tell me you don't know that, are you?

No I didn't KNOW the rules. I did know that you weren't suppose to have .png files, and so thats why I renamed it. I had no idea that it still remained the same size. Call me stupid for that, but I seriously didn't know.

And how about you stop talking to me like I'm a complete idiot? I don't appreciate that and I doubt anyone would.

I'm done with this thread so don't waste your time replying..you never seem to keep an open mind on other people's mistakes anyways. If you wanted to explain to me why I had 6 weeks violation, you could have done it in a nicer way.

Oh come on. I could have gone about it a LOT worse than that. If I thought you were an idiot, I would have flat out called you one. You seem to know everything about how I conduct my business, so you should know that too.

Don't think I'm not open minded, please. You've been here since March of this year, you haven't seen me do shit. You see me act in a certain way one time, and suddenly you're all judgmental. And then you think you can say something about MY attitude? Yeah right.

My attitude back then was right on the money, because BritneyFeva put up that same attitude again just like I said she would, up to the point that she got herself banned completely. She had it coming to her. I said I had my reasons and that was it.

Now, Windows gives you the size of a file when you click on it. But alright, I'll take your word on it, you didn't see it. I hope you know now though.

Oh by the way. Open minded doesn't mean "I'm done with this thread so don't bother replying". Open minded means "let's see what he has to say for himself". I'll rest my case regarding that subject.
