i did that but it was wrong

it said:
You have attempted to upload an invalid type of attachment. The valid extensions for attachments are: gif jpg png txt zip jpeg

so what do i do now? sooooooo plz help me! Need codes!

Uhm, that's...good....I wanted it to say "Why is there Joy? Why is there Pain?" in micro in one place, then in another in Micro, "Why is there sunshine then the rain?" with MeLodY in the corner...is there a way to make it bigger? Like a regular sized sig pic?
