Question: Links on webpages - Eternal Allegiance

Okay, yesterday I e-mailed a webmaster to ask them how the links on their page is like pink and when the mouse is on the link, it turns white..BUT she/he hasn't replied back yet. So I was wondering if anyone here knows the code on how to do that?? I would very much appreciate it!
