Can anybody fix this animated avatar?

It says the size is 150 x 102, but the forums says it's too big of an attachment. If anybody can give me some info or if they can change the size, I'd greatly appreciate it.

It's cause it's half a megabyte...500KB...thats too large of a file size. You either have to shrink it more, or take some frames out.

the file is twice as big as it should be. it should be around 240 KB. right now it's way more than that.

That's where I need help, because I don't have any software for animations. I need someone to do it for me.

I took out some frames and cropped it, it's 235kb now
