First off, the font is called 'Fango'
Second, to make the text like that, type the text in Photoshop, then while the layer is selected select Erase and click on the blend. A window should pop up and say "Are you sure you want to rasterize type" or something, and click 'Okay'. Then in the layer palette thingy, double click on that layer. Then chose 'Outline' and make it about 3 - 5 with black, red, or blue, or whatever you choose. Then chose Overlay instead of Normal... ya'll get it?
