upload it to a server (geocities, gurlpage, etc.)

then get the address (http://www.whereever.com/yourfile.???) and do this before the address [img], then this after it [/img] so it looks like this

[img] http//www.yourpictureaddress [/img]

but be sure not to put a space between them

sorry if that was confusing, if you don't get it, i'll do it step by step
