Can't make a nice, graphic version quickly... so here's a text one

Go to User Control Panel, Edit Options, scroll WAAAY down to Avatar, where you press 'Change Avatar'... gives you a new screen, where you either enter an URL to the picture you want as avatar, or choose one to upload from your computer... limitations to avatar are 150x150 or 250000 bytes.
