Custom brush handling
PSP 8 no longer reads .jbr/.abr files directly. These files must be imported and converted to .PspBrush files. The brush importer is on the preset droplist of all the brush tools, or can be accessed via the File->Import menu. Since the .PspBrush format can be read by the browser, you can manage custom brushes visually using the PSP image browser.

That made absolutely no sense, the only word I understood was brushes.
