You need Paint Shop pro 7 And than you can make blends or whatever you want.

Hey I have psp 7, and I have been dying to know from y'all how to make blends and wallpaper, cuz I'm really new to psp 7, and I don't know what to do w/ it. The only thing I know how to do w/ this program is just make animations and that's it. But I would really love to learn how to make blends and Wallpapers.
