i would make some blinkies for me and other peole but i dont know how?
can anybody tell me that?

Sure! Go to http://dodo.pitas.com go into the site. Click on of the black cat. The drop down menu will appear, click on graphics. Now in the main frame three choices will pop up. Click on others. There is the blinkie tutorial. I hope I helped you. Have fun making blinkies.
