Does any one know how to do the Hazy effect on PSP7, for example like these:

copy ur layer, effects -> texture effects -> blinds: width 1, horizonal checked, play around with the opacity and colour (light ones), change the blend mode and opacity till ur satisfied (I use screen, 50%) and ur done.

the effect is called graussion blur (I use 4.00)

Whoa it completeled blurred my image! there's nothing left of it! Its like a big blur!!

*lol* my mistake, first copy the layer, use the effect, now change the blend mode.
u can repeat this as often as u like with different blend modes
