How can I make this effect?



I mean the effect that mariah's eyes look red...

PS: I hope that alex don't get angry cuz I used his blend as the example!

i would gess that you just make a new layer, take a brush, get a shade of red, then poke a dot on the eye, then change the Opacity of the layer until your hearts content.
