on peoples blends, how did they make the pictures so smooth and how did you do the bars?

pro paint shop 7 comes with all the brushes to make those designes. download it off kazaa.com if you want. lol.

i did, but like are the bars and the smoothness of the blend..how do you do that with what tool...i already have paintshop pro 7.
