Ok well Im glad I can help Because I just learned and I love to help! well first yeah you do need Paint shop pro 7.. and here is how you do it.. ok you know the layer tool box? well if u don't go to.. >view>toolbars then you pick the layer palatte.. next you want to make your layers by placing pics 1 by 1 now here is how you fade..
