Default Effect Question On PSP 7

Ive seen some blends with a sort of effect on them....it looks like a...well um, its white, and kinda smudged over the blend. I dunno how to explain it........if u know what it means, can u tell me how to do it? Thanx.

right here is a quick example of what i mean...(forget the text and the butterfly) see how the white is kinda smudged over the writing? LIKE THAT! How do i do that?

If you mean uuh, that thing, it's used in Adobe Photoshop 6 try & buy. It's a brush, so uh,yeah. I asked how do you do those king of things, and somebody gave me a site, but I don't know where that blend is.......I'll do a quick reply after I get the site.

Oh wait, nevermind, PSP 7 has brushes too. Oops. Anyways, somebody gave me a link. http://veredgf.fredfarm.com/vbrush/main.html <------There. They have downloads for PSP 7, and Adobe Photoshop.
