miranda or anyone, how do u do this effect? i've been wondering for a while and i can't figure it out

how there's the rainbow colors going through it. it sorta looks like the wind effect but i dont know how to do it

make ur blend,
copy merged > paste as a new layer
play around with the colors to make it rainbowish..
lower the opacity of the layer,
make a new layer
wind effect
lower the opacity
add dodge to the chosen layer on the layer palette
lower the opacity..

Maybe? Not sure..

Just get a really colorful background, go wind, and paste it on your blend.

I didn't use a pre-made one..If I remember correctly I mixed alot of bgs I had saved on my computer and added a few effects of my own

I'm gonna tell you guys I just didnt want to tell right at first cuz I made it up myself and I just wanted to use it for a while. I'll write the tutorial for it soon at my site.

It's none of the ways above though I do it different
