for stuff like that i generally just use the retouch tool *shrugs*

I'm not a fan of tutorials really...i mostly like to just play around and come up with stuff on my own, ya know? it usually comes out better that way.

I like tutorials still though it teaches you how to do things and then you can add to it and make ur own thing so I like em I just started using em though cuz duh dumb me never even thought about searchin for em before I got into this blend makin here and everyone was talking about em lol. So I learned most just on my own cept for a few effects starry and boom mostly.
