Okay, now just drag and drop the doll parts in the white window on the top left of the screen(it says build place). Just drag and drop the parts you want in the window and fit them together. When you are finished, click on Build, and it will build your doll and tell you how to save it.
I am assuming you clicked on the link Doll Maker on the main page and checked off all the things that you wanted to make your doll with(heads, clothes, etc) and clicked Next.

Thank your very much! but sadly either u guyz have lots of ram (memory) or my computer sucks. Cause right now my computers resoures are at 83 and when i get to build my doll it goes to 0% and i cant do anything and my computer screws up...i have a 128 whatever its called isnt that engough ....it looks fun!lol
