OK FIRST THINGS FIRST PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY

We have a new rule in place because some people in the last challenge felt it was necessary

so from this challenge and all challenges after this Effects such as blurring, pixalete, blinds, etc won’t be allowed and if they are you will be disqualified from the challenge.

Effects that are still allowed would be small lighting effects and brushes! We put this in place because this is a Colour Challenge.

Names are still allowed to be put on the colourize also if anyone is worried

Well anyway the formal stuff over with the next theme chosen by me (as I won last round) is…

Fairy Britney, make Britney look like a fairy, use colours like gold, silver, pinks, greens, light blues. Fairy colours. (Think like the fairy in Moulin Rouge, or the fairy Britney uses etc.

)

I just wanted to add that you can use brighten and darken effectish type things because its still an coloring tool..just wanted to make sure people knew that and I am working on mine right now
