lol i got bored and i colored another pic. i actually found a good way at making it look real. by using the opacity tool (when coloring) change the setting from 100% to 40 or 30 somtimes 5% to get the right amount of color where you want it. and also you should use several different shades both for skin and make up, it took a while but heres the finished result:
