Default Can someone please help me with Avatars!

Okay my questions is..I have downloaded alot of mpg videos from Kazaa. And when I try to open one up On Jasc Animation Shop 3, its says "This file will exceed available physical memory if opened as proposed, which could impact system performance. Do you wish to continue?" And then I click "yes" And it never comes up, or after i wait 5 minutes the whole thing freezes. I have asked this question before and someone told me that happens to them when the video is to big..Well how would I make the video smaller before I open it up! I REALLY want to make my own animations! Can anyone please help me???

OR just open and play them in Kaaza.......open the program, and go into 'Theatre' or sumthing, and it gives u a lit of what u have downloaded. Find ur file, and then cap it using psp when playing on the kaaza player.

You know, you can just open it up in Power DVD and then make caps with that, thats a WHOLE lot easier. Hope I could help?
