Default Blend & Avator Request?

I was wondering if someone could make me a blend of the new W magazine pics. this site has them in good quality just not Hq u will see like 5 pics of her in black in white set. If u could make me a blend of that i would be really happy. Also for the Avator could u use the colorful pic u know the pink one and just take the head part of the pic and then have Michael blinking on the bottom. For the blend id on't really need words written on it, but if u can think of something post it and maybe i will like it. Thanks so much
